Suggested Action Plan (fill it out as you see fit)
Summary paragraph:
The school is a large group of diverse teachers with a variety of skills. Some attempt at creating consistency has been made, but the cost of enhancing technology skills with the students is diminished because a lowest common denominator is the standard. I believe with a greater variety of tools available teachers will gravitate to the one they are willing to use with students and the student experience, although not completely consistent throughout all the classes of a specific grade would be better.

Goal:
Identify a variety of tools and activities that teachers could use with their students. Possibly make each teacher a master of one tool, but let the other teachers learn from their example.

Indicators:
Teachers use tools with students.
